Can I see the design before you build it?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we do not send previews by default. However, if you want to check the design, simply contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will happily send a digital draft for your review!
How long does it take to make?
Because every piece is custom-designed, production generally takes 2-5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique piece.

What if I'm not satisfied with the quality?

Can I return the item?
