For the best results, please upload a clear, full-body photo facing the front. Bright clothing colors and distinct patterns translate best into brick form.
Size Specification:
The size represents the stature of the person standing from head to toe. It does not reflect height when sitting or lying down.

Because every piece is custom-designed, production usually takes 2-5 business days. Please note that times may vary slightly during peak seasons due to order volume.
To ensure fast processing, we do not automatically send a preview. However, if you wish to see the design, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will happily send a preview for you to check.

Since this product is uniquely made for you, it cannot be resold. If you request a refund before design starts, a full refund is available. If design has started, a 50% refund is available. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible. However, we stand by our quality (see below).
