Can I see the design before you ship it?
Yes! While we don't automatically send previews to ensure faster delivery, you can absolutely request one. Simply contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will send a digital preview for you to check.
What is your quality guarantee?
We stand by our craftsmanship. If there are any quality issues (non-human damage) within 60 days, we will remake and reship the same customized product to you for free. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
